The Community Health Assistance Team, Inc. (CHAT) is requesting proposals to provide HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention to African Americans/Latinos who primarily live in the greater midlands community of South Carolina.
The CHAT exists to enhance the health status of African Americans/Latinos by financially supporting those health initiatives which disproportionately impact African American/Latinos communities and by partnering with healthcare providers to promote effective community based prevention efforts.
